Menu Plan 3/18 & Gluten/Grain-free eBook bundle

This weeks menu plan is simple, we are getting over a cold so there are several things to catch up on this week. Lately I've been (still) reading Naturally Knocked-Up and have been inspired to add more raw vegetables/fruit to each meal to help with digestion.  Breakfast and Lunch are simple here with eggs normally in the morning and leftovers or something easy for lunch. : )

Pizza w/chicken & salad
Burritos with homemade tortillas, sweet potatoes & Asparagus
With family
Teriyaki Chicken, brussle sprouts & Rice
Beef Stroganoff & salad
Leftovers or Sandwiches.

This weeks bundle of 5 books is - Gluten & Grain free! :)

Menu Plan and Spring Cleaning eBooks!

Happy Monday! Here's this weeks menu.  We normally just have eggs for breakfast that differ just slightly. Sometimes we'll have milk, fruit or toast.  Lunch is normally just left overs or whatever sounds good.

Hamburgers, Broccoli & Sweet Potato Fries
Steak Stroganoff & Asparagus
Out! :)
Burritos - with homemade tortillas, seasoned ground beef, lettuce & potatoes
Beef Braid (similar to the picture above, but with beef and what ever veggie I have that sounds good.)
Chicken Patties and Salad

I wanted to share that this week's bundle of eBooks is Spring Cleaning!  I don't know about where you live but here it's starting to feel more like spring and I'm ready to start purging and letting the fresh spring air through my home.  You can get all five of the below books for just $7.50  I've read the 31 Days to Clean and it's an excellent book.  Totally worth it! :-)

BundleoftheWeek.com, 5 eBooks for $7.40!

Be sure to check back next week to see which 5 books you can get for $7.50 as there is a new sale every week!

Hope you have a good week!

Menu Plan 8/20

Back to normal menu planning now. :)  Breaks are nice but I'm enjoying getting back into my routine.

Monday -- Homemade Pizza, apples, & salad
Tuesday -- Taco Salad
Wednesday -- Steaks with broccoli & cauliflower
Thursday -- Dinner with family
Friday --BBQ Beef Casserole, Salad, & Watermelon

Saturday -- Fish, Rice Pilaf, & Asparagus (like pictured & linked above) or out with family
Sunday -- Leftovers or out

Next week I'm planning to have plans here for our breakfasts and lunches.  We are working on eating a high protein low carbohydrate diet.  We are hoping to make this more of an all time change rather than just a few week thing.  Eating more protein as a family is much easier for me if I plan ahead.  If you have ideas for breakfasts and lunches leave a comment and let me know! :)

Menu Plan 1/9

One of my 'new year goals' is to be more diligent with meal planning. :)  So far it's gone really well!  I had last week all planned before hand and I already have the next 3 weeks planned out! Yay!  I've been doing our meal planning on Plan to Eat (I hope to share a review of this program soon!).  It's been so nice and very much so stress-free to know what I'm going to be making for dinner everyday!  At this point I've only gotten our dinners planned but I'm hoping to get our breakfasts planned as well.  Lunch is normally leftovers or sandwiches. :)  Here's whats on our menu this week:

MONDAY – Chicken Spaghetti
TUESDAY – Potato Cheese Soup
WEDNESDAY - Burritos with homemade refried beans
THURSDAY – Lasagna
FRIDAY – Taco Soup
SATURDAY - Homemade Pizza  (I hope to share this recipe this week)
SUNDAY – Chicken Spaghetti
